Sometimes even a blind nut finds a squirrel. While a bit overboard the main point of the argument is correct, the police aren't there to investigate who broke your car window to steal your radio, they're there to ensure that the ghetto poor act like civilized humans, by force if needed. Not only will uprisings like those in Ferguson not work, they'll be counterproductive to the goals of those rioting just as the Watts riots launched decades of "tough on crime" laws for decades.
