you have a good point, a nice charcoal grill is much better. maybe some mesquite.

...and some BBQ sauce can really improve the flavor...
 
Something like that happened in Macau about 10 years ago. A restaurant employee killed his boss and served his flesh in the restaurant. Since then Hong Kong has been making movies about the incident! For fun viewing, watch Bloody Buns or the Untold Story.
