LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL, I own one of those damned Civics and the spedometer is indeed too damned huge. I keep it turned down to almost off position because everyone and their mother can read it clearly if I have it even 1/4th of the way up. lol

Take EZ Pass for example. The distance between two toll locations divided by the time it took to travel between the two locations would give you the average speed. If that average speed is above the speed limit, it's basically proof that you were speeding.
