SIOUX FALLS, S. D. — A rookie police officer was traumatized when his attempt to arrest an innocent bystander resulted in a failed taser-related death. Officer James Parner, 23, fired his taser twice at Louis Gonzalez, who was just minding his own business. Officer Parner is undergoing psychiatric therapy to ease the trauma disorder caused by not killing an innocent civilian.
