the whole rapelling in their robe things (sorry, i don't know what they're called) and hanging out windows and shooting like that? looks a little too much like hollywood to me.

No, it is real. I've seen this video before actually. I think it originally appeared on MemriTV.org which tracks all the goings-on in the media from the Middle East.
