I just ran across this, and almost toward the end you see and hear the break of his arm. From some comments it was said that the kid was on a bus and it was parked outside the front of his house apparently. He was a "special needs" kid as they put it, but he suffered from a mental health disorder and was depressed at the time this happened. The bus driver called the police because he wouldn't get off the bus. There was an ambulance right outside the bus waiting for him.

The kid wasn't violent nor aggressive, and from the get go these cops were threatening him with bodily harm. Turn up your speakers you can hear them threatening him. The break of his arm was intentional. His parents sued for over 1 million dollars in damages.

Very strange. The cop was quite cordial and then just broke his arm. I almost wonder if kid was tryin to stand up so cop exerted pressure to keep him down to cuff him but didn't realize what he was doing.

Good way to get fired, that's for sure. I'm the one blaming the 20 year old girl in the other thread but this is nuts.

Fucking brutal. No wonder we used to call them Pigs.

And I am sure nothing will happen to the cop.

Also where were the kids parents?

You'd think they'd understand arms don't bend that way....

Assuming they are trained... I must think they knew what they were doing.
