Domestic disputes are NOT routine. They are taken very seriously by any law enforcement officer. Emotions rule the roost in those and emotions cause people to do crazy things.

Yea ... I would suspect that domestic disputes might be among the most dangerous. You're dealing with very angry, emotional people.

Have to agree with con on this one. Domestics cause more officer injuries and deaths than just about any other type of call. They are so volatile and unpredictable that they are easily the worst type of call you can respond to. Often times they are far worse even than a bad car accident with severe injuries.

Yeah, apparently they closed the schools in Newington so people could goto the funeral. I live about 15 miles from there 🙁
