Yellow vehicle reported at foot of cliffs by 27 mile marker, near Manawainui Gulch Bridge. MFD Commander radios it may be an old wreck, not new. Others go take a look anyway. He was right.

By a Front Street hamburger joint, man awaits arrival of medics. Spider bit him and he's unable to walk now, he says.

3 PM PUKALANI
Moving utility truck with flames belching from under the cab and lots of smoke generates many 911 calls. Driver keeps going though. MFD Engine 13 Captain asks 911 and police to stop him ASAP.

I no longer have the article anymore, but a recent favorite from the blotter was about a driver that hit a car in front of him that stopped for the light. The driver then backed up and struck the police cruiser behind him. The best part was when the article ends saying he was arrested at an intersection that was a ways down from where the accident occurred. I guess if you hit a cop car you might as well go all the way.
