he needs to lay low for the rest of the season and start a charity in the kids name. he also needs to make a public announcement and after that never talk about it again.

This sets a dangerous precedent... its ok to kill people who are under the influence.

Are you crazy? Or just high?

The case was dismissed because it would impossible to discern Tony Stuart's motives and there was no evidence to suggest that Stuart was driving in a hostile manor. The article explains this very clearly. It was not dismissed because Ward was high when we got killed.

Though one is left to wonder if Ward would have been so idiotic as to walk out onto the racing surface if he was sober.
