I heard about the same thing happening in Washington. Probably a lot of people get away with this on a daily basis.

In the article it states he was arrested. I'm assuming that means he went to jail.

Further down it says this though
Pringle was ticketed on a charge of driving an unauthorized vehicle in a high-occupancy lane, a nonmoving violation that carries a fine of $115 upon conviction.
Either whoever wrote the article is confused about what "arrested" means, or they hauled him away for a nonmoving violation.
Oh well, doesn't really matter I guess.

Will this go on his record in Colorado. Funny if his insurance goes up because of this.

In California you get a point for nonmoving violations too, and it goes on your record. Maybe Colorado is the same.

Happens every month.

I think the case where the pregnant woman who thought she had the right to drive in the HOV lane was a more interesting case.

this is why I only use my RealDoll when in the carpool lane. You can't tell with a realdoll unless you're sitting next to her hot ass.

I agree.

Does that include children who are too young for a driver's license, or even worse, a hybrid vehicle (i.e. political payoff) ? That's what I call cheating.
