This all happened in my hometown of Winter Haven, FL. I grew up there and trust me when I tell you that the city and county cops have more than their share of fat asses. A couple of years ago they (WHPD) fired a cop who had been on the department for many years for sleeping on duty. When he was fired, the stupid ass copy appealed it and made a big deal out of it, saying he was fatigued, overworked, etc. I went to school with this guy and he was a fat ass his entire life, at least the 12 or so years that I went to grade school and high school with him.

there are cops on bikes, at my school and they threaten tickets to the people on skateboards, and i have always thought that if it came to a cop actually about to write me a ticket, that i would just take off, i dont think they could catch me on foot/board and i dont know that the consequences would be any worse if they actually did catch me.

You think you could outrun or outskateboard a cop on a bike? Good luck with that, please try it and provide us with video of the chase. I am sure we would all love to see it.
