Summary
An officer stopped the driver for speeding in the 800 block of E. San Miguel St. The driver presented a Mexican DL and Insurance card in two different names. The driver then gave several different DOB's. The officer asked for cover when the driver got agitated and attempted to get out of the car while the officer was holding the door closed.
