wtf is the point of putting an admistrative program ON THE WINDOWS CD? all you have to do is carry around a windows cd and you can change stuff on any system running poledit. correct?

It's to keep stupid end-users from changing crap that shouyldn't be changed. It's not intended to provide iron-clad system security. The right tool for the job, and all that. But I guess when all you have is a hammer then everything starts to look like a nail.
