You can only check "yes" if you have someone you can call your husband/wife or boyfriend/girlfriend. Someone you're dating, seeing, boinking doesn't count.

This is simply out of curiosity and boredom. I haven't had a gf in...4 years now...I'm a loser...actually, I'm just ridiculously picky and get bored easily. I've been known to ditch the chick before we become "official".
