Eh. RX 560 kills the Xbone, but while it's faster than the PS4 in flops, it has less bandwidth and a much smaller pixel fillrate. It should be quite comparable to a PS4, and far behind the PS4 Pro of course. Better described as a console equivalent.

Pixel fillrate probably won't account for too much unless we speak of specific games, as the RX 460 generally matches or exceeds Pitcairn (the PS4's functional equivalent) with it's 32 ROPs:

The RX 560 has been officially released now. According to Gamers Nexus, it's slightly more powerful than the 460, but it doesn't really overtake the 1050 and 1050 Ti with the exception of a few games (DOOM Vulkan).
