Poker Night 2

Love this game. Never played the first one, but this one caught my eye since it has Brock Sampson (Venture Bros) and Ash (Evil Dead) in it. All the characters are played by their regular voices except Ash which was a little disappointing, but whoever it is does a decent job.

It's quite a humorous game with all the back and forth and backgrounds on all the characters. Other characters include: GlaDOS, Claptrap and Sam and Max. They go so far to talk about each others "franchises" and some of it is brilliant. I'm also convinced that the "overseer of the game" (not sure of his name) is based (and voiced) on the puppet character from Farscape.

Not a bad time killer for $5

Not sure a single player only poker game appeals to me, but it could be decent if there's more to it than just earn money and unlock stuff.

I pre-ordered it like I pre-ordered the first one because I enjoyed the humorous banter from the first. Haven't gotten around to checking this one out yet.

No, it pretty much is just play and earn money/unlock stuff. I'm playing it more for the novelty of it. There is no multiplayer. The stuff you unlock (in game) changes what happens during the game...however it can get repetitive.

It's more or less a marketing scheme (for like TF2) but I'm interested in the characters.
