Poker and Sex

I just realized I need to have sex regularly to play poker well. I play ALOT of poker and usually do quite well at it. However, I noticed that to perform well I need sex. This isnt a joke. Thoughts?

Edit: I'm not getting sex regularly right now, so I need some help thinking of substitutes, excluding the obvious ones of course.

OP, If you were really any good at poker, this would not matter, BTW.

Try getting better at poker and stop blaming your lack of "play" for your lack of play.

I do okay without sex. But when I have sex.... I do amazing. Seriously, I keep records and asterisks the days that I have sex and my winnings are exponentially greater when I have sex. I think it's a psychological thing perhaps relating to my confidence. So maybe I should be asking for artificial ways to boost my confidence before a big game.
