Arggggh, its all over my face ATM... was just down the emergency room to get a shot and some medication...

Don't even know how this came about this time around...

My right eye looks like Rocky.

:|

Hopefully the shot takes care of the spreading...

This happened to my friend too, he wore his sweat shirt during the day on a hiking trip then at night used it as a pillow and the next morning he had poison ivy all over his face

I got poison oak, and then a week later got it again. It was so bad on one part of my leg that I could push down on it and pop a bunch of blisters. It was also oozing nonstop for a week. Finally gave in and went for some medication.

As far as I know you can't become immune to poison ivy/oak. The first few times you might not have an reaction, but each exposure makes the next one worse.

I know your pain. I accidentally fell into a patch of poison ivy as a child.

I'm also severely sunburned now. Yay skin problems!

I hear ya fred...

The shot is by far the best thing, at least it should stop the spreading of it...

Starting to feel it on my lips, ugh...

Damn that plant!

Ugh...poison oak. Every time I've ever had it, I seriously considered using a cheese grater to scrape my skin off and stop the itching.

My friend is so allergic to Poison Ivy that he'll get it from just walking around the timber...he has to wear a long sleeved shirt and pants at certain times of the year when he goes into the woods.
