Right now my favorites folder is on my H: drive (personal network drive). Everytime I open IE, the Links bar up top lags for a second or 2. Or if the network is down, all my favorites disappear. I then realized that the favorites are pointing to the H; drive, and not the C:/docs n settings/profile/favorites/.

Is there a way to point IE to the C:/ folder and not the H:/ ?

THanks!

The location of your favorites folder is stored somewhere in the registry. You can use Microsoft's TweakUI to edit all your special folders (Favorites, My Music, etc). Linky

To edit the special folders, open TweakUI and select My Computer->Special Folders.
