What's the "best" wireless router at the moment?
I mean best as in price vs. performance and ease of use.
Just bought my wife the WalMart laptop friday & I want to get
a wireless router so she can access the internet from the living room.

I have a Belkin Wired router right now.

Thanks!
Do you have a particular favorite?

What do you think of this one?
Buffalo router
I wanted to spend less,
but it's actually about the same as what I paid for my wired router 2-3 years ago.
😉

It is a Very Good Powerful unit.

The configuration interface is a little klutzy, but after the initial configuration, it would work very well.

Howvevr if you are using the Wireless for short distance there are alot of units for less then $30 after rebate. (Netgear, Linksys, etc.).

:sun:

im a big fan of linksys material wrt54g all the way, that and you can toss open wrt on it and make it do anything you want..though thats a little more advanced stuff than youll probbly need so id stick with the factory firmware...although asus makes a nice unit that has a couple usb ports that you can tie a printer off on and (i may be wrong here) a usb hard drive to act like a simple nas device
