Point of Sale Software for iPad

I'm looking for a point-of-sale system for retail that runs on iPads. Any recommendations or reviews? Thanks.

It's the only one I've seen. I don't use the register part of the app but use the reader for accepting credit cards for services. Works very well from my viewpoint and the fee per swipe is cheaper than working with a company that rents you the credit card terminal for a monthly fee and charges a transaction fee on top of that.
