PocketPC - any way to import PalmOS data WITHOUT installing Outlook?

I just got an Axim x30 624mhz.

I loved how Palm had Palm Desktop, which was basically your PDA on your computer - add notes, addresses, etc, no frills, just the same as on your Palm PDA.

Is there any way to import PalmOS data WITHOUT installing Outlook? I don't want to install it at home, and I don't think I can install it at work.

nope palm desktop only works with... PALMS...

install activesynch then you can browse your PDA like a diskdrive

I meant more is there a way to import that palm data, for example if I export it as CSV first, then is there a way to import that CSV into my PocketPC without MS Outlook?

without outlook, there aren't a lot of options. you can probably export each item into a set format that both support, though i haven't looked into it. there must be one though since you can certainly beam stuff from a palm to a pocket pc.

yahoo lets palms synch with their calendar,etc....and pocket pcs....so you could sync your palm up...then synch down to your pocket pc
