What's the advantages of PocketPC 2002 vs. the old OS?

(Not exactly computer OS, but nevertheless a handheld OS)
 
The two that made it worth my while are Spell Check for Word and email and Support for HTML email now. Also Terminal Services Client is huge for some folks.
