I ordered one because i need a portable printer to put in my laptop bag.

for $46.00 shipped, it's not too bad a deal.

what i don't get is they say no ink. Does it require thermal paper?

Edit: From looking at the company's (Sipix) ebay store, they haveo other pocket-sized printers, all under $20. The color ones take a "dry color cartridge" which sounds kind of like those wax printers. The pocket printer you bought sounds like it uses thermal paper, they have it in their store for $10/100 sheets
