If you're talking about the T-Mobile Pocket PC Phone Edition, yes, I have and use one. I have had it for about 2 weeks, and aside for some minor issues it is great. Battery life is excellent, good reception and clarity. Very nice screen and solid construction (and major kudos for the metal stylus that slides into the antenna!) Only complaints are:

1. The volume control button is just that, ONE button. You keep pressing to INCREASE volume, but to decrease you have to go all the way up, then is starts over. That's just dumb.

2. Occasionally, when receiving a call, the phone will lock up and you can't answer it, but it keeps ringing. You have to do a soft-reset to get it to stop, then it tells you you missed a call (no kidding!)

3. In the contacts menu, you can tap and hold to call someone, but you only get the option to call their work number. If you want to call a different one, you have to open up the contact then select which number you want.

4. Only 32MB RAM and 12 bit color screen (at least they tell you that, unlike others *cough*PALM*cough*)

Other than the issues I mentioned, it is a great little device, especially considering it is a first-generation PocketPC phone.
