Pocket PC Wireless PC Card Problem?

HI all,

I recently recieved a iPAQ 3850. This iPAQ came with PPC 2002 on it and an expansion bay that allows me to attach 2 PCMCIA cards to my PDA on the go. I have an IBM micordrive PCMCIA card and it works just fine in my PDA. However, I want to use my Belkin 802.11g PCMCIA card in this expansion bay, but i cant seem to make it work. Nothing happens when i plug it in. I imagaine that it is a driver issue. DOes anyone know where i could find drivers for PPC, or is there a way to convert Windows drivers (.inf files) to ppc (like ndiswrapper in linux)? Please help me.
