Pocket organizer (?) help

I dont think this is GH because its only mildly linked to computers. If it is though please move it.

I am looking for some type of pocket organizer. I need something that will synch up with outlook's calendar. It would be nice if it had some accounting software as well that could also synch up with some type of accounting software on my comp.

I do not need it to have internet or phone capabilities, just scheduling and accounting. I really dont know where to start looking because everything I have found seems to be more than what I need. Im really not even sure what to look up, pocket organizer?

any ideas or recommendations for me?
