Poached Eggz

Yup! I was thinking about poached eggz and the digicam was close by so I thought I'd share my 10 minute feast with you all. First you boil water and crack 3-5 eggs in a bowl. Then you boil the eggz for 2 minutes then take them off the heat and scoop them onto some wheat toast.

Then, I put some grated cheese and some Tony's and the meal is ready to consume.

Nice and tasty!!

Nope, about 10% body fat, 6'4 and 233...pretty solid.
