Party Potato's
Mix in a large bowl.
2 pound bag of frozen hash browns - thaw them out, makes it easier to mix.
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese. I use sharp cheese, and buy it in the bag, or more cheese, if you prefer them a bit cheesier.
1 cup of chopped onion. More or less, depending on your taste.
1 pint of sour cream.
1 can cream of mushroom soup.
1 stick of melted butter.
salt and pepper to taste.

put in a 13 x 9 pan, bake @ 350 for 1 1/4 hours, or until golden brown.

Man those are some good potato's. These are great for parties too. Easy, simple, and delicious.

Thought I would share. 🙂
