PNY Video Card

My MSI 6600GT went belly up on me and Newegg want's to replace it with a PNY card. I have never bought a PNY card. Anyone here have any reasons to not take it?
 
A few weeks ago I swapped out my old Ti4200 for a PNY 6800 (vanilla), unlocked the pipes, and it's running just fine.

However, if you have one of the MSI models they currently have in stock, you'd be losing VIVO by going to PNY. If you use, or will use VIVO, tell them that, and they'll prolly be OK with sending another MSI.
