The internal workings and board inside the housing has almost pulled out of the housing. This was under normal use. I attempted to remove the device from an Apple IMac G5 and the usb port was so tight that the board came loose from the housing.
And now i'm trying to contact them so I can ask whats up (bought 3 of these) and wondering if this is a common problem and I'm getting the run around. The phone number isnt readily available (you have to search for it through google - i could have just missed it but doubtful) And i'm waiting for them to call me back now. GAH. This thing is less than 2 months old and it's 1/2 worthless. It still works but I dont want to break it more than it already is. I just want them to send me a new one but their process is mentally handicapped.
