It'a really been a long time since I bought a new videocard. But I couldn't resist the GeForce TI4200 when it went on sale at Best buy.
Got it installed in my PC and I don't understand how the output device (VGA, DVI, TV) selection is supposed to work.
When I boot my PC with the TV connected to the S-video connection on the card, the picture is just terrible. The directions say there is a device selection tab to choose your output device but I don't get that tab. SHould you get that tab even if you don't have other external devices connected?
Also, can I run the VGA and the TV out simultaneously?
I've loaded the latest nVidia drivers but that didn't help, running Windows XP home, and my TV is a Toshiba HD rear projection.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Pigseye
