PNY Ti4200 overheating...

Put my new PNY Ti4200 in, loaded UT2k3, and voila .... it crashed the game and kicked me back into windows after 5 mins of the game. Tried again, same thing. So I opened up the case, touched the underside of the card (side with no hsf) and burnt my finger. This card has some LOUSY cooling on it. I'm so mad. Anybody recommend a decent cooling setup for this card? Anybody actually using the stock hsf with no problems?
 
I've burnt my finger on rock stable video cards b4, try down clocking it significantly and see if that fixes the rpoblem if it doesnt something else is wrong
