Fortunately, they have an 800 number. Unfortunately, I've now been on hold for 4 hours!

My PNY GeForce3 Ti200 video card has died - and thankfully they have lifetime warantee.... But, I can't get someone to help.

Does anyone have an "in" there?

Friend of mine is going thru the same problem on a G4 4400. On hold for ever. He leaves a call back number and they never call.
 
I got through.... Yesterday was on hold for 6 hours and never spoke to someone - left on the hook.... When I got here this morning, I was hung up.

Called again this morning at 9:10AM EST and was on hold for 35 minutes.

Got my RMA.
