I sent a Ti-4600 to PNY for RMA and I have yet to see a replacement. It's been
almost 1 month since they have received my card.

Life time warranty my a$$. It takes a lifetime to get the replacement! This is the last
PNY product I buy. I?ve sent RMAs to WD and AMD and neither company ever took more than 1-2 weeks to send a replacement.

Any other poor RMA experiences with PNY?

i dont know why you are having trouble with pny.. there service is very dependable.
Lifetime warrnaty is good with them, i have 3 friends that have RMA'd their video cards, they all used ti4600 and has some problem with them. they sent them back and within 2 weeks, they ave received back their cards fixed. one of my friends was unable to receive his ti4600 back because it was unable to be fixed so they replaced it with a new ti4800.

Try calling PNY and question them.. a month with no response is awfully long.

Lifetime warranty my ass! I have to have my original receipt? Thats quite the guarantee, that one.

EDIT: BTW what problem were you having with your Ti4600's people? Were there a bunch of them that are defective or something? Mine just decided one day to have artifacts every freaking where (NO overclocking whatsoever).. which soon progressed into a crash when a 3d app is run at all... Tried 5 different systems, blah blah blah, called up PNY, and they said that I had to have the original receipt to get warranty service. Yeah, because I obviously stole this one card...

That sounds bad however, Asus doesnt require a receipt you just send them your mobo.

The card was overheating at stock speed-- no overclocking.

What luck eh? Same exact thing happened to me. PNY Ti4600 artifacts, no receipt, $400 (purchased at the time of release) loss. Now I'm looking for a replacement. I can't play anything with a Radeon 7200.

I'm also getting an RMA but for a loud fan.

However, make sure you read their warranty clearly. It isn't a lifetime warranty. They only warranty items that are still active in the market, very sneaky.

actually it is a lifetime warranty, but you might not be able to get the same model back. my friend rma'd his pny ti4600 due to problems on monitor, 2 days later, the manager called him and asked him if it would be fine if they send him FX 5600 ultra. so it is a lifetime warranty, but with little tricks up their sleeves. ti4600 for 5600 ultra? blah, bad trade if u ask me.

PNY 5600 ultras are better than his GF4. PNY only makes the revision 2. It will trounce a GF4 when you turn on Aniso and FSAA

Yes, mine also overheating.........tearing and artifacts everywhere.......
I don't have the receipt anymore...... Lifetime warraty my a$$.......Thats how they attract more buyer, using a word "LIFETIME WARRANTY".......
Maybe we should start a "ANTI-PNY" campaign......

I had the same problem wit PuNY so i just wrote them off... They dont answer the phones, no original reciept... sheet , I dought iI have my AIW9700 receipt,,, However they should answer there fu@kin phones.... I am legit however if I save everything I've aquired ,,,I'd be called a packrat and I am trying to organinze ....

I sent my GF3 TI 200 for rma and it has been a month with no word. I called in to see what is up and got told it is back ordered and it will be another 4 to 6 weeks if not more. How is that for life time warrenty bah No more PNY for me
