I found PC133 256mb for under 200$ (generic) on pricewatch though!
but BH6 1.02 board, so it might not work!

Also found for 106$ US and 11$ delivery - 117$ (generic) so mmmm.. shrug.

Anyone know of any other cool prices / deals...

Yeah, most generic RAMs are cheap ... even for 256mbs worth of it. You may be looking at cheap prices on Pricewatch but you have to consider the fact that most cheap on-line vendors charge outrageous s&h prices on all delivery. As sad as it may be and keeping in mind that RAMs are super light, some may charge you somewhere in the neighborhood of $20. I got my RAM awhile back and was charged $12 or so for a box that felt empty.
