Pny Quadro FX 570 install

I have an Intel CPU based system that I am trying to run solidworks for students on. My Video card was too light and kept crapping out so I am trying to install a PNY Quadro FX 570 PCIe video card.

I keep getting stopped no matter how I proceed. I un-installed the drivers for the old nVidia card. Installed the new card as directed then put in the PNY disk. The PNY software could not find the video card and said that the drivers needed were not on the disk.

When I go to the display section in the control panel and click the adapter tap it shows nothing.

When I try to run the drivers program I got off of the Nvida web site I keep getting a window that pops up saying something to the effect "The Nvidia setup had detected one or more Microsoft hardware installation wizards are active" "Do you want to continue setup?"
"click yes to minimize setup until you complete or cancel the other installation wizards"

I get this screen whether I'm installing in safe mode or normal mode.

The video card is working I can use the computer I just can't run the graphics program I need.

It also seems like PNY's web site is down ..whenever I try to get the updated drivers off of their web site I get the error message "Service Unavailable"

I'm running Windows XP 64 and Raid 0. I 2 gigs of ram and two 250 gig hard drives in the raid setup.

When I run services.msc I see no other install wizards running.
Any ideas on how to get the drivers to install and/or get the system to recognize the graphisc card ? Thanks .. K
