The Gainward model has much better 2D IMHO, but I've heard a number of people complain that it has a few refresh rate issues.
Not sure about their respective TV-Out quality.
I know the PNY card has DVI output, which the Gainward model lacks if that's of importance to you.
I've also heard the PNY model overclocks well, though I can't confirm this personally.

I think you cant go wrong with either one of those. But i would prefer the Gainward IMO since they have been around the videocard industry awhile.
Btw i have a geforce 2 pro golden sample from Gainward and i love the red PCB.

I have both a Gainward and a PNY. The Gainward is GF2 Pro/450 Golden Sample and has superior 2d compared to a regular GF2 (my old CL Annihilator 2), as good as my Voodoo 5 was. Could overclock the golden sample w/TT CORB to 245/470. The PNY is a Ti200 and has just as good 2d as the Gainward and I got a gem in this one. OC's to 255/560, smokin!.

Personally I'd go for for either Ti200. I was going to stick with Gainward when I got the Ti200 but started hearing more and more about PNY and decided to give them a try. I am very pleased with my Gainward and supremely pleased with the PNY. As with all overclocking it's the luck of the draw. If you go Gainward, get the Golden sample, they're guaranteed to overclock to an extent but it's still luck of the draw as to how far you can go.

The PNY has a DVI and s-video connector and if you're lucky, you can out overclock a Golden Sample. Just in case you didn't know, PNY has a lifetime warrantee (voided by overclocking I think, but how do they know?) and even though they are relitively new to the vid card industry, the card is actually manufactured by MSI. MY card says MSI 8851 ver 1.30 right on the PCB and the BIOS says Micro Star International (MSI).
