PNY Optima DDR2, what chips do they use?

I'm trying to figure out what chips PNY uses in their DDR2 533 RAM. I know they used to use a variety of chips in their DDR1 but not sure if they still do with their DDR2.

anyone have PNY ram they can fire up CPU-Z and check what it says for manufacturer please?
