I bought pny optima DDR PC2700 memory for my MSI 6533 motherboard, reboothed system and started fine, one minute later got blue screen (starting physical memory dump) I than rebooted system third time hit del key (cmos) hit F10 save and system would not start. HELP!!!!!!!!

What happens if you use different RAM?
If you get the PC going again, run memtest86 (get the CD ISO...real simple) and see if it has any errors.
If it won't boot with any memory...that'd just be strange, and likely a problem somewhere else.

Also, that board may be old enough to have bad caps (SiS 650 may have been later, but it won't hurt to check). Any capacitors bulging at all?

The CD drive in the PC in question...dunno about the BIOS. It couldn't hurt, though (unless power goes out).
