What the hell am I talking about? $99.99 for a GTX260, potentially $149.99 for a GTX275, or $234.99 for a GTX285, that's what I'm talking about! :Q

How? Newegg... plus PNY's XLR8 promotion.

Register here... then play the "Take a Spin" Speak Visual game. You will have a "chance" to "win" either a copy (or actually a key to unlock) Crazy Machines 2 (full game) courtesy of Nvidia, or one of 3 different Newegg discount codes exclusive to PNY products for $5, $10 or $50 off.

The $50 off is good on a GTX260 Core216, GTX275 or GTX285 and final price would be listed as above.

Aww... but how do you get the elusive $50 once you've already won something? Why, you click back and try again! (no need to register for a new account) The codes I'm pretty certain are set per "account", so you'll likely end up getting the same code over and over again, but rest assured, there are 3 different discount codes on the wheel. Just keep trying - I've managed to get both the $5 and $10 ones so far, along with my Crazy Machines 2 key.

Luck not needed here... just patience! Abuse away, but hurry before Newegg catches on and jacks the price up on you!

If so, here's a $5 discount for the first person who wants it: NEFU68Y3C

And a $10: NE9HPYLRY

I got the game within a few tries, and the $5 and $10 code, but no luck so far on that $50.

That's identical to the code I got for the $5 discount too. So apparently they're not unique...

Well then, if they aren't unique, will someone post the $50 if they get it? :)

No luck yet. Three $5 coupons in a row though...

Does the coupon work with the bundle (free W@W)?

Also:
"The Spin Wheel Game (the ?Promotion?) begins on Monday, May 18, 2009 and ends on Monday, June 15, 2009"

And yet the coupons still work on 6/18/09...

The site may be out of $50 coupons. Only a certain amount of times are the coupons available for use.

Got the game. Never heard of the game until this and the reviews look bad, but you can't beat free.

edit:

$5 NEFU68Y3C
$10 NE9HPYLRY
$50 IGAVEUP

I haven't gotten any discounts so far but the free game was worth it. Thanks OP.

Edit: Only 1,764 different codes. They may be all gone after a month.

Not sure if it corresponds or means anything, but there are only 2 discount code spots on the wheel currently. They might have deactivated the $50 "spot" and replaced it with one of the "spin agains".

That's what it sounds like from one of the posts over at SD. Oh well. PNY's loss. I probably would have bought the 285 if I had that code.

Damn, this post was about a month too late. Maybe all the $50 codes got raped.

Yeah, I was about to get a third GTX 260 and do Tri-SLI. For $100, why not? :D

We are fooling ourself. Once it gives you the game (this is a unique key) it keeps giving the $5 and $10 codes forever, it is not even dumb enough to give you an additional game key to the same account. From this I conclude that if you are not lucky to get the $50 on the first rounds, you will never get i,t no matter how much you spin on the same account.

Contest ended on June 15th, although the wheel is still awarding lots of free game codes, and low value coupon codes. Fatwallet post has a long list of<$50 PNY Newegg codes (multi=use codes, not unique).
