PNY Geforce3 ti200 overclockable?

i just got this card but have no clue if one can step the speed up a tad. What methode is used to do this? Do i need a special program to access the overclock section in the card?

im rather new at this so dont flame me

I like powerstrip since you can use this program to tweak/OC almost any vid card out there in the market.
