One more question Should i Downgrade my FX 5600 Ultra for a 5200 Ultra w/ $40MIR
That might sound stupid..but the 5200 Ultra doesnt seem to shaby for decen Frames Per second on games like UT2003/ America's Army

I saw the PNY in stock at my local Best Buy (MA) but at an IMHO outrageous $249.99!
Also saw the Gainward at Googlegear.com for $229.00.

i have a 256MB Abit Siluro 5600 (non-u) and id place it right around my Ti4400's speeds in the games i play (neverwinter nights, Unreal, Unreal 2003, Wolfenstein Enemy Territory, Warcraft 3, Planetside, few others. I use FRAPS to measure my fps in games.

It runs great and ive never had a problem other than an infinite loop crash in dark age of camelot, something to do with the shading in the games already horrible graphics engine.

Edit: both FX5600s ive had OC very well too. Asus 128MB with VIVO OC's 85mhz on the core, 80mhz on the mem, and the Abit 256MB OC's 100core, and 80mem. The performance increase is pretty impressive.
