Yeah, looking over the site some more the prices are high all over. The cheapest 8800GT they have is more expensive than this. Just a little Mom & Pop B&M stuck in a rental shop cube.

Don't they have to honor their price? Perhaps the BBB would help?

I do know that in NY if you print an advertisement and the price is wrong, you have to honor one for each customer that requests it. Vastly different when compared to an internet page, but I was wondering if any rules/laws exist...

Since when? The 8800GTX spanks the 8800GT even being the "old" architecture. Even the 8800GTS G92 (which is a few % faster than the 8800GT) has issues keeping up with the GTX in almost all games, though it comes close a few times.
