Pny 6800gt problem??

I have had my card for like 6 days and haven't noticed any problems at all till today i was playing a long session of farcry and all of sudden the game froze and like a few seconds later it came back. It did this 2 more times while i was playing. I got scared that i overclocked to much but i only o/c'ed it to 380/1070. Anyways i put it back to normal and went to play again and it did it again. I looked at the freeze thread but my card has the updated bios already.

need more info. What driver are you using for your videocard? What version of far cry are you running?
1.0 does not like 6800, 1.1 will work, and 1.2 will work great with 6800.

currently playing with version 1.2 on 6800 gt (400/1100) on 1280x1024 on very high. 4xAA & 4xAF, no problem what so ever.

First try turning off Fastwrites in the BIOS. Most likely will fix your problems.
