PNY 6600GT Power Issues

i just bought that PNY 6600GT and i just realized after reading more about it that it seems to need more power than the AGP can give it
I have a 300W (uh maybe 350...) power supply
will that be enough to run this card or will something bad happen

I doubt anything bad will happen, but you may notice instabilities or messages coming from nVidia control panel regarding power.

As long as it's not already overloaded, it should work.. I say try it out. If you need to upgrade, you'll know.
