anyway i see some kind of certification course offer , what exactly does a pmp do?
what's their salary like?

is this course for people who take other certs like ccn*, mcse, or is it like an mba for techies?

They help faciliate projects. They outline what the project is, how it's to be completed, allocate resources, help people with their timelines, etc. It's a high paid boss that sometimes comes in as a consultant. IBM has lots of these for hire.

man another cert for a job that should just need college and a little experience/on the job training from another PMP.

Soon I think college will just be like HS and for what you want to do in life you go to a speciality school.

Almost any IT job I have applied to they don't even want to hear about college.
