PM time stamps

They seem to be inaccurate. Maybe they are stamped differently because of the time zones but that would still mean I'm getting something like PST time stamps even my messages are recording on EST. I noticed this today when I replied to a message and saw that my reply was dated earlier than the PM I replied to.

Not a huge deal to me but thought I'd post it.
