I've tried everything to get it unstuck deleting cookies, turning off PM's, deleting old PM's.

I really dont' care what or who it's from, its just annoying to see it flashing.

Admin...........help........ please....... <-------- crazy
 
Click on the "X New Messages" at the top, then click on the box with an X in under the column Status, or click the little glasses icon next to it 🙂


If you click on their username, it will just show the history with that user, but not mark the new message(s) as read 🙂
