Plz Recommend a 945G motherboard

Hi, a friend of mine is looking go build a Pentium D computer.
He only need onboard graphics and onboard sound therefore, I think a 945G mobo would suits his needs. However, I haven't been looking at Intel stuff for a while, could some one please give me a recommendation?

Well, since he is using onboard graphics and such, and probably isn't going to be overclocking:

Intel board

Stable and has a three year warranty. Can't beat that.

This Intel board should be good enough(microATX) if not planning on doing any overclocking, and still has a PCIe x16 if a video card is wanted later.

But I honestly won't get an Intel Board anymore after two terrible experiences with them.
One for a P3-600MHz and one for a P4-1.7GHz.
